Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Jolteon should also learn Discharge: http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/jolteon (level 78 [HGSS] / 37 [BW])
Also, Pikachu Xmas (along with its evolutionary family) needs to learn Volt Tackle

EDIT: Keldeo (July4), Rufflet/Braviary (July4) and Carvanha/Sharpedo (July4) need to learn Explosion. [The older set Pokes all have them]

disyaboihotkarl wrote:i think infernape and torterra need more of their base element type moves and maybe a few others such as flamethrower, overheat, mega punch, focus punch and fire blast and torterra i think should have solarbeam, take-down, energy ball, and magical leaf as added skills in the shop at least

Thanks for information.. I will try to get entire required items and hope everything works well.. Will share my experience very soon.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Cobalion needs SACRED Sword; it currently has SECRET sword, which is Keldeo's signature move. (Needs to be replaced).
On that note, Keldeo needs this move since Focus Blast (its only Special Fighting attack) has questionable accuracy.

EDIT: Secret Sword needs to be SPECIAL, like it is in the console games.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Plesae give some skills to beginning levels of weedle and catterpie because it is extreemely hard to train them to few levels for some quests.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

PP only put skills that the Pokemon can learn in the games.
And yes, Caterpie/Weedle learn very little moves in the console games.

Should edit main post.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Flygon has Earthquake as a skill shop move but Flygon (Easter) don't
Electivire has Thunder wave as a skill shop move but Electivire (StPatricks) don't
Cacturne and Cacturne (July4) have Needle Arm as a normal type move but it should be a grass type move
I think some old event pokemon need an update on the movesets as well

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

If you want any updates related to Gen 5 stuff, they won't get added.

As for the other changes, those should be added; but note that PP is working on Unova right now. Though, it should not be hard to add in a few moves.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Yes, though you could've done a quick Google search on Bulbapedia to figure that out.

When we say Gen 5, we mean Unova or Isshu (Japan); Gen 6 is Kalos.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Depends on your preference.

Anyway, unless you notice any other moves that should be added onto Pokemon; please refrain from posting in this thread.
Thank you.

Re: Pokemon That Require Skill Shop Moves

Updated stuff today:
  • Cobalion's Secret Sword has been changed to Sacred Sword
  • Secret Sword is now a special attack
  • Flygon (Easter) now can learn Earthquake from the skill shop
  • Needle Arm is now a grass-type attack
  • Electivire (St Patricks) can now learn Thunder Wave from the skill shop

Red did fix a bunch of skills that were reported earlier too, but he didn't announce it here.
